Profile
Smell
A highly uniform aroma of pilsner malt that's warm and slightly sweet. There's not much else you'll get from the nose, but it's a great nose at that.
Taste
Straight pilsner flavour right down the middle of the plate. A touch grainy and a little bit sweet with a late breaking hint of bitterness to even the whole taste out. This is a clean, crisp, and refreshing beer when served at truly chilling temps but if you let it warm up a little on the table you'll get more depth from the back end of the taste. Finishes up crisply with a hint of dryness in the mouth.
Pairing
A perfect BBQ beer, whether it’s burgers, franks, or steaks coming off the heat.
Sight
Pours a pale yellow colour with a clear body and low carbonation. A half-finger of small bubbles forms a solid head on top of the glass.

Description
Once upon a time, Russ Heissner was the head brewer for Harpoon in Boston. But time came that Russ needed to be making his own creations, so he moved a little bit, brewed a little bit, and Barrel House Z began. Starting in 2015, Heissner has been brewing out of Weymouth, Massachusetts. Barrel House is a small team creating small-batch beers, exploring a range of styles and expressions. But wherever they explore on the palate, their philosophy is rock-steady: great ideas backed by the best ingredients. Guided by a rigorous adherence to quality technique. Over 200 beers have been produced under these guidelines and many are available from their taproom or delivered to your door. The Sunny And 79° will give you the thrills for the Pils’. A classic German-style pilsner that delivers everything promised by the style in a smooth, crisp, slightly sweet package. Serves well at 8°C and can cellar for 3-ish months.
