Profile
Smell
Big tropical fruit aroma blasts out of the glass, but mixed together in a tough to pick out melange. The smooth and slightly sweet coconut peeks out, along with a touch of leafy green hops.
Taste
The fruit flavour takes a back seat to the hops when this first hits your lips. The hops are raw, green, earthy, with some leafiness. But they ease back and let some of the fruit through. There’s an undertone of the coconut in the whole taste, but more of a smooth impression in the mouth than a straight up flavour. The taste is fast, gone in a flash leaving behind a bitterness.
Pairing
Pair up with a juicy ribeye with butter and grilled asparagus.
Sight
Pours a hazy, light yellow colour with medium carbonation. A frothy head of pillowy foam rests on top of the glass.

Description
During his time in the army, Pete spent a few years in Germany, learning to appreciate all the styles of beer that light up the palate. After leaving the army, Pete met up with high school buddy Joe and discovered someone equally passionate about beer. In 2010, the pair began figuring out how to brew their dreams with the purchase of a home brewing kit. Eventually their perseverance became Brix City Brewing. The brewery officially opened its doors in 2015, and the duo have been growing their roster of great beers and great people. Now their hard work is traveling far and wide from its home in New Jersey. “Is This Cashmere?” is an American-style pale ale dry-hopped with Cashmere and Cashmere cryo hops for a mellow body and tropical flavour. Serves well at 8°C and should be enjoyed right away.
