Leaf/arugula salads or light fish fare.

Description

The brewers at Camba Bavaria have combined tradition with modern. The recipe used for this beer is traditional, however to give it a twist, American aroma hops were used in addition to the regular Bavarian varieties. In order to give the beer its unique “fruitiness”, the brewers use a dry hopping technique-extra green gold is “stuffed” into the finished beer. The result? A beer that is both full bodied but can also be described as delicate at the same time. Camba Bavaria is a brewery, brewery shop, bakery and beer garden all located in the heart of the Chiemgau. In the “Camba” they live for beer enjoyment, culinary delights. In fact, “Camba” translates as the name of the room in monasteries in which baking and brewing took place. This brewery makes an astonishing 250 different beers for market!
