Profile

Smell

An atomic fruit bomb with hints of vanilla.

Taste

Fruit driven beer, slightly thick on the palate and rich with ripe raspberries and a hint of blue fruit. Mild Vanilla rounds out the palate but this beer has tart acidity to keep it fresh.

Pairing

Pair this with stinky cheeses, omelettes, a pot of fresh mussels, crab with drawn butter.

Sight

Rich deep berry pink hue with faded pink head. It appears thick, almost like an adult smoothie.
