Smell
Rich malted character balanced nicely with fresh grapefruit and citrus characteristics. Bitter hops and some bread come through as well. Some granny smith apple appears too.
Taste
Mimics the nose, a bit darker for its golden colour, sweet pink grapefruit, dried citrus peel, lightly grainy on the palate. Sweet spice and biscuit to round it out. Good viscosity, which rounds out the beer in its mouthfeel.
Pairing
Teriyaki Stir Fry or Corn Chowder
Sight
Pale golden amber hue with an off-white head, which is a bit thinner than some but with a decent retention.
